The space
️️️THE HOME = PERFECT: Enjoy a Barbeque with family and friends in the beautiful back yard patio area! We supply a large propane BBQ and the propane is included in the rental! Grilling in the back yard with the sounds and smell of the ocean is an extremely popular activity at The Lucky Beach House. We spare no expense in ensuring the home is always in excellent condition and perfectly clean inside and out. We are constantly updating the property for guest enjoyment (our top priority!) from our fun beach themed decorations to a gigantic 70-Inch “SMART” HDTV (with free HD HBO and 500 channels) in the living room. Bed linens and towels are supplied along with a fully furnished kitchen! The Kitchen is beautifully appointed with granite countertops, an island, and high-end appliances for all your cooking needs. Enjoy incredible views from the unique 3rd-floor loft or from one your two private decks (see our pictures that illustrate better than words!). As mentioned the living room has a great 70-Inch Smart HDTV, in addition, each bedroom is also equipped with large “Smart TVs” each connected to the internet for streaming of your favorite movies or shows from Netflix, HULU, and other popular streaming services. Of course, our high-speed Wifi connection is available and FREE! The bedrooms are also beautifully appointed with large beds, very comfortable mattress & pillows with plenty of dresser and closet storage. The Lucky Beach House sleeps 16. The Master Bedroom has a King Size bed (sleeps 2), the 2nd bedroom has a Queen Size bed (sleeps 2), the 3rd bedroom has a Bunk Bed with a Full-Size mattress and a Twin on top (sleeps 3), the 3rd floor Loft has 2 Full-Size Sleepers (sleeps 2 adults or 4 children), the Greet Room has a Double Day Bed with a 1 XL Twin and 1 Twin (sleeps 2). The Living Room has a Queen Sofa Sleeper (sleeps 2), and we have 3 Twin Size very comfortable Memory Foam folding beds that are also available (sleeps 3). Additionally, we are ok with guests bringing an air mattress or two! There is more to say about this great property but we want to keep a couple of things a surprise for when you arrive!

Guest access
You will have access to the entire home, the whole property is yours! We made it very easy for you! Concerning gaining entry we have keypad door locks installed at the Lucky Beach House… no keys to fumble around with or lose. The day of your check-in you can show up at your convenience any time after 2 pm, there is no need to pick up keys or meet someone to let you in. All you need to do when you arrive is to enter an easy-to-remember code and you’re in! This code is supplied as soon as a reservation is confirmed!

Once you arrive if you need absolutely anything or have any questions please feel very free to give me or my local managers (we live just down the street!) a call or please feel free to send a text message as well. Exact contact information is provided once a reservation is made!
Other things to note
Pets Yes we are Pet-Friendly, we love our furry friends! If you are confident that your furry friend would not cause damage or disturb the neighbors we can waive the extra pet deposit (of $150) but there is a pet fee of $45 for a weekend/mid-week reservation and $50 for a weekly reservation.
The neighborhood
The Lucky Beach House is situated in a Very Safe and Quiet neighborhood, my family has lived in this wonderful neighborhood for over 20 years and we love it! The Lucky Beach House is only one house in from the Inlet Beach and is about one mile away from the main beach. There is an easy walk (most on the boardwalk) to the main beach. With the inlet beach, the waves can be smaller which makes it well suited for younger children. Atlantic City beaches are free (no beach tags required) and Life Guard operated! The Borgata, Golden Nugget, and Harrah’s are less than a 1 mile from the Lucky Beach House, the World Famous Boardwalk-Strip is less than 3! The Lucky Beach House is nicely nestled between all AC Casinos, Shopping, Restaurants, and Attractions! Explore the Fun and Historic Gardner’s Basin area that is less than a 10-minute WALK from the Lucky Beach House! An Aquarium, Boat Tours (the dolphin watching trips are a lot of fun!), Parasailing, Fishing, Restaurants, Bar, Park, Great Shops, and Food Trucks. A great place to dine, relax, and have fun!
Getting around
Parking is 100% free with plenty of parking on the street directly in front of the Lucky Beach House, parking is rarely a concern! There are several transportation companies and options in the area, we have no direct partnership with them but have had no issues with guests using them. Taxis are very easy to hail and affordable, there is the inexpensive Jitney shuttle that runs locally 24/7, and rideshare services like Uber/Lyft are easily available.
